Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Dharmar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3298 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD) No.53 of 2020, dated 22.06.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

¶32

In view of the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates.
