In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit and having heard Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor of CBI Cases, I hold that it is fit case to condone the absence of the petitioner on 01.09.2021 before the XI Additional Sessions Court for CBI at Chennai.
