In view of the reasons stated, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the absence of the petitioner/A4 on 01.04.2021 before the Trial Court is condoned. The petitioner may comply with the condition, as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.02 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.210 of 2014, dated 18.03.2015.
