Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the imposed condition in Crl.O.P.No.17754 of 2020 order dated 10.11.2020, in so far reporting before the respondent police on every day at about 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders

K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitoner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. And 05.30 p.m. Until further orders.
