Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon’ble Court that “the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station everyday 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter in to the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police”, in the above Crl.OP.No.17499 of 2020 order dated 06/11/2020.
