Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.446/2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MADHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that he is not pressing the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Registry is directed to call for the records from the concerned Court within a week, prepare the typed set of papers and post the appeal on 29.01.2021 for final hearing.
