The present petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9304 of 2021, dated 19.05.2021. While enlarging the petitioner on bail, this Court directed the petitioner to appear
before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that
apart from the present case, two other cases in Crime No.119 of 2021 of Managalam Police Station, Tiruppur District and Crime No.74/2021 of Kolathur Police Station, Mettur Taluk, Salem District are registered against
the petitioner and that in Crime No.74 of 2021, the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem enlarged the accused on bail on condition that the petitioner should appear before the Inspector of Police, Kolathur Police Station, Salem daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3.The specific contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that since three cases are pending against the petitioner, he is unable to appear before three different Police stations at the same time.
4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, this Court modifies the condition as follows:-
(a) The petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Kolathur
Police Station, Salem District daily at 10.00 a.m., and sign until further
orders.
(b)Other conditions shall remain intact.
