PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to modify the condition of deposit of Rs.81,086/- imposed on the petitioners by order dated 18.02.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1608 of 2021 in Crl.O.No.19515 of 2020 in modification of the earlier order dated 05.01.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19515 of 2020 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.81,086/- each to the credit of Crime No.1033 of 2020 and consequently permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by them before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram to the credit of the crime number of the case.
