Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders dated 06.02.2020 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1848 of 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1848 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 505(2) of IPC, in Crime No.728 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is
ordered.
