This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.567 of 2021 order dated 22.01.2021 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
4.This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
