Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.JAYACHANDER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19292 of 2020 by order dated 09.12.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
4.Considering the facts and submissions of the learned Counsels, the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19292 of 2020 by order dated 09.12.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
