Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupess Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate in Crl.O.P.No.11119/2021 on 29.06.2021 and thus render justice.
