Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions with regard to directing the petitioner to appear before the Respondent on 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble High Court by order dated 16.10.2020 in Order made in Crl.M.P.No.6395 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.13937 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.JAYARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. N.P.KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor for Customs on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on 1^st and 3^rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6395 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13937 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6395 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13937 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
