Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order of the Learned the Special court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tiruvannamalai, passed in Crl.MP.No.543 of 2020 dated 11-12-2020 and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with the cases in Cr.No.2728 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police (CRL.A. No.539 of 2020).

This Court while passed the final order in Crl.A.No.539 of 2020 dated 18.01.2021, directed the Trial Court to frame the charges within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy the order and proceed with the trial and dispose of the same with in four months.
