PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents and punish them for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.24995 of 2018 dated 08.01.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceeding of the 3rd respondent Na.Ka.No.A3/1001/2018 dated 28.11.2018and quash the same as unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the Petitioner as a Grade-II police constable (AR), in the service of the Tamil Nadu Police Department within the time stipulated by this Court.
