ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court in Cont.P(MD)No.1495 of 2014 in C.R.P(MD)No.78 of 2006 dated 01.11.2008 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 01.11.2018 has been complied with by the respondent authorities.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
