This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the

Order of this Court, dated 22.03.2019 made in W.A.No..245 of 2019.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by

Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with and entire amount due to the petitioner has been settled by the respondents. In support

of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in e/f/vz;/105-

ehs; 01/09/2021/

Now, the leanred counsel for the petitioner contended that the benefits

¶31

of the selection grade has not been extended to her. This Court cannot go into those aspects in this Contempt Petition since the scope of the Contempt

¶32

is very limited. Here this Court could see whether there is any wilful

disobedience on the part of the respondents.

In the present case on hand, the Government has paid a sum of

Rs.18,15,072/- to the petitioner. The Petitioner also given a letter that there

is no other claim apart from the above amount. Hence, this Contempt

¶40

Petition is closed. If the petitioner aggrieved by the calculation rendered by

¶41

the respondents, it is open to her to work out her remedy in accordance with

¶42

law.
