disbursed with a sum of Rs.1,80,201/- by way of cheque bearing No.840484 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

drawn at Canara Bank dated 17.11.2020 and the cheque has been deposited

before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Salem, on 08.12.2020 by the

Taking the said letter dated 11.02.2021 on record, the Contempt

Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to withdraw the amount from the

Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Salem, by filing an appropriate application. In

case, there is any dispute over non-compliance of the order passed in the Writ

Petition, the petitioner is entitled to reopen the Contempt Petition.
