Earlier, this Court by an order dated 01.10.2020 in W.P.Nos.13914 and 13702 of 2020 directed the 1st respondent therein to process the applications submitted by the petitioners seeking for patta without insisting for no objection certificate from the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and
necessary orders shall be passed strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. Since the order was not complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petitions have been filed.
