The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been appearing before this
Court from 15.12.2020. However, this Court on reading of the Petition, by order dated 25.01.2021, had directed to issue statutory notice to the respondent, since the respondent counsel was also not appearing before this Court. Thereafter on 22.02.2001, the contemnor was present in the virtual Court and the learned counsel for the respondent who was lead by Mr.R. Yashod Vardhan, Senior Counsel, had sought time for filing their counter. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 09.03.2021. Even on the said date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today, once again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, when the matter is directed to be listed.

The order had clearly stated that in case of any dispute regarding the Math
affairs, the majority decision of the members of the Administrative Committee
would be final and binding. These Members of the Committee have not come before this Court alleging contempt of orders of this Court.
Contempt Petitions stand dismissed.
