Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to take return of the original sale deed date 14.02.1990 and marked as Ex.A5 in O.S.No. 238 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Munsif's Court, Tindivanam on substituting it with the registration copy, (In CMP.NO.20222/2017) pending disposal of the above SA.NO.656/2012.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MEENAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

CMP No.20222 of 2017 is filed to permit the petitioner to take return of the original sale deed dated 14.2.1990 and marked as as Ex.A5 in O.S.No.238 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam substituting it with the registration copy pending disposal of the above appeal.

This petition is allowed, on affidavit of undertaking by the petitioner/appellant to produce the original as and when called for by the Registry.
