This Appeal has been filed seeking for exemption of Court fee amounting to Rs.18,372.50.
- According to the Petitioner/ Appellant, he does not have the means to
pay the Court fee and further, the claim has also been dismissed by the Tribunal.
- This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit seeking for exemption from payment of Court fee. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed as prayed for.
- However, it is made clear that on the final disposal of the Appeal and before obtaining the Judgment copy, the petitioner/ appellant shall pay the requisite Court fee.
- Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
