This petition has been filed seeking for exemption from payment of Court fee amounting to Rs.12,575/- in preferring the Appeal CMA.SR85007 of 2021.

- The case of the Petitioner/ claimant is that even though the petitioner/ claimant has withdrawn four lakhs from the amount deposited by the Insurance company, lying to the credit of M.C.O.P. No.775 of 2015, the said money was utilized for the payment of the medical expenses.

- This Court is therefore, inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for. However, it is made clear that on the final disposal of the Appeal and before obtaining the Judgment copy, the petitioner/ appellant shall pay the requisite Court fee.

- Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
