The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring the legal representatives of the sole appellant herein viz., 1.Y.Saraladevi, 2.B.Korishadevi, 3.B.Sheeladevi and 4.B.Ajesh Karna as appellant Nos. 2 to 5.
- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.
- The learned counsel for the respondents is directed to furnish the details of the legal heirs to the learned counsel for the appellant for taking appropriate steps.
- Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments and post the Second Appeal for final hearing.
