This petition is filed praying to order Substitute of Service by the mode of publication in tamil daily newspaper circulated in Vellore District in the above appeal.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Vellore Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 21.11.2021. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
