No.27 of 2010, on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, confirming the decree and judgment dated 24.11.2009, in O.S. No.153 of 1999, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second appeal. He has also filed a Memo dated 09.09.2021 to that effect.
