C.M.P.No.14000 of 2021 is filed seeking to recognize the appellants
2 to 7 as the legal heirs of the first appellant, viz., K.Ponnammal, who are
all ready on record in the above appeal.
leaving behind his wife, viz., Kalarani Sivasubramaniam and his daughters, viz., Akilandeeswari and Shalini as his legal heirs.

America and now, for the present, he is impleading only the wife of the deceased, viz., Kalarani Sivasubramaniam, as legal heir of the deceased fifth appellant.
petitioners/appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, C.M.P.No.14003 of 2021 is
ordered. Liberty is given to the petitioners/appellants to implead the daughters, Akilandeeswari and Shalini as legal heirs of the deceased Sivasubramaniam, at a later point of time.
