3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition seeking to condone the delay of 833 days in filing the Writ Appeal is ordered, as prayed for on condition that the Appellant pays a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) to “Kaakkum Karangal”(Near
M.S.Viwanathan's House), New No.89, Old No.47, Santhome High Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 028, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this order would stand cancelled automatically without further reference to this Court.
