proceedings of the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority cum
Inspector General of Registration, Santhome High Road,
Chennai-600 028 in Letter No.59210/U1/09, dated 21.01.2016 and
received on 09.02.2016 in modifying the proceedings of the
Special Deputy Collector (Stamps) (Incharge), Salem in
Chi.Pa.No.2552/06/Sankagiri dated 14.08.2006 is most illegal
and non-est in law.
