Common Prayer: These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are filed under Section 47-A(10) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 to set aside the proceedings of the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority cum Inspector General of Registration, Santhome High Road, Chennai-600 028 in Letter Nos.59211/U1/09 & 59215/U1/09, dated 21.01.2016 and received on 09.02.2016 in modifying the proceedings of the Special Deputy Collector (Stamps) (Incharge), Salem in Pa.mu.Chi.Pa.No.2553/06/Sankagiri& Chi.Pa.No.2551/06/Sankagiri dated 14.08.2006 is most illegal and non-est in law.
