This application is filed to extend the time by six months for passing an Award in the present arbitration proceedings in Arb.O.P.No.1 of 2019
pending before the learned sole Arbitrator Mr.K. Surendranath, Advocate.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the
mandate of the Arbitrator being extended by a further period of six months.
Accordingly, this Application is ordered and the mandate of the
learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of six months from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
