- After perusing and examining the plaint averments and having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

- Accordingly, leave to sue is granted as prayed for and A.No.4723 of 2021 is allowed. Liberty is granted to the respondent to raise all his objections known to him under law in the main suit.
