The Applicant herein is the petitioner in the O.P., filed for granting the petitioner the permanent custody of his minor son H.Prabodh, born on 01.04.2007 and presently aged 14 years. The Application in A.No.2184 of 2021 is filed to grant the applicant/petitioner herein interim custody of his minor child H.Prabodh, born on 01.04.2007 between 07.00pm every Friday and till 07.00 pm every Sunday, pending disposal of the above petition.
2.However, in order to provide an interim arrangement till a decision is taken in the O.P. or in grant of interim custody, it was agreed by both the parties that the applicant/father would be provided with the visitation rights of his minor child on the first Saturday of every month between 2 p.m and 6 p.m. It is agreed between the parties that the minor child will be brought and left at their community Temple Konnur High Road, Ayanavaran.
3.The respondent may take back the custody of the minor child by 6 p.m on the date when the visitation right is provided to the applicant/father. This arrangement will be in force for a period of 12 weeks and thereafter the matter be posted before this Court for reviewing the outcome of the meeting between the applicant/father and the minor child.
