Prayer : This Application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules read with Section 151 CPC to extend the time to furnish the security to enable the applicants to move and obtain appropriate orders in the appeal filed under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act against the order dated 19.04.2021 passed in App.No.651 of 2020 in CS(Comm.)No.62 of 2020 by the applicants today, 02.06.2021.

3. The reason given by the applicants seeking extension of time

is that in view of the pandemic and closure of office for substantial number of days, they could not furnish security for a sum of Rs.60 Crores as per the direction of this Court made in its order dated 19.04.2021.

4. The reason as such priam facie is acceptable. Hence, the time granted by this Court is extended until 12^th July 2021 for furnishing security to the tune of Rs.60 Crores.
