These Applications are taken up for impleading the legal representatives of the second defendant.
2.Notice have been served to the proposed defendants.
3.M/s.K.Sumathy and B.Saranya, learned counsel entered appearance for the proposed third defendant, who is already on record for the first defendant.
4.Amendment has already been carried out in the plaint and amended copies of the plaint is also filed. The said amendment earlier carried out is suffice for the current purpose.
5.These Applications are accordingly allowed.
