The condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 21.12.2021 has been complied with.
2.The application stands allowed accordingly. The exparte decree passed by this Court in C.S.No.448 of 2011 dated 18.04.2017 is set aside and restored to file.
3.One of the conditions imposed by this Court on 19.11.2021, directing the defendant to deposit a cost of the suit, the same is deposited. The Registry is now directed to invest the same.
