PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus for a direction to the first respondent to take action as against the 7th respondent and his colleagues who committed fraud and concerned erred bank officials of the Indian Overseas Bank, ie., 4th and 5th respondents who violated the Banking Rules and procedures in sanctioning the educational loan for an amount of Rs.15,55,952/- with Account Number 286903951300029 for his daughter another education loan for an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- for his son with Account Number 286903481000008 by considering the representation of the petitioner to the first respondent, dated 10.02.2020.
