PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to take necessary action against the respondents No. 2 and 3 for extended the road in my patta land in S.F.Nos.13/7C, 47/2B3 and 47/1A which is situated at Madurai District, Peraiyur Taluk,Kuvalapuram village without following any due process of law on the basis of the representation dated 21.10.2019.
