Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to calling for the records relating with the order of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.142/2013/Pa.A, dated 17.06.2013 and quash the same as it is illegal and in consequence to direct the 1st respondent to change the property tax registry for the building bearing door no.2-1-17(new door No.13) Anumanthanpatti from the name of Chelliah to my name and 2nd respondent's name by giving effect to his order in Na.Ka.No.55/2011/Eniu/dt.24.06.2011.
