PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order of removing the petitioner from the post of President vide his proceedings issued in e.f.3267/2009/m3 dated 19.08.2011 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete her tenure.
