PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent by issuing the demand notice dated 10.02.2010 and thereby claiming a sum of Rs.67,829/-, Rs. 11,132/-, Rs.7,504/-, Rs.11,132/- and Rs.12,143/- for the property situated in Ayyasamy Club, North Street, Ramanathapuram bearing Door No.27, 29, 31, 33, 35, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to assess the tax amount to petitioner's property in accordance with law by affording opportunity to the petitioner.
