Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry initiated vide Notice dated 08.06.2016 vide No.4762/AA3/2016 on my complaint dated 22.03.2016 to annul the fraudulent registration made through a Power of Attorney deed vide document No.553/1997 dated 15.07.1997 and a sale deed vide document No.3910/2005 dated 17.08.2005 before the 2nd respondent and restraining the 2nd respondent not to make further registration based on the said deeds till the completion of the enquiry.
