PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent in OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION No.F.1(A)/ Estt./Discip/2015/372 dated 30.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the last drawn pay in the post of Assistant Registrar from the due date for calculating his pension and other terminal benefits and consequently grant all benefits attached to the said post.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as follows :-
“ Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition as the respondent informed that the benefits shall be given if there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pendency of case. With this effect, the
petitioner shall be permitted to withdraw the case. “
