PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1^st respondent in Na.Ka.04/2014/Aa.Se.Ni.(SRB) dated 30.03.2015 and quash the same in so far relates to the allotment of the 4^th respondent in the 3^rd respondent society for the post of Assistant/ Clerk consequently direct the 1^st respondent to post the 4^th respondent in any other Co-op Society as Clerk, in which the clerk post is vacant.
