Despite the petitioner's name is being printed in the cause list, even today, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3.In view of the above, this Court finds that since the petitioner retired on 14.09.2010 and had received all the retirement benefits, the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter further. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
