PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to afford adequate opportunity to the petitioner to appear for interview for the post of Lecturer in Periyar University in pursuant to the advertisement No.4 of 2005 published in “Dinamalar” on 29.3.2005 and to consider the petitioner's application for any suitable post on merits and forbear the first respondent from appointing the second respondent for the post of Lecturer in Periyar University till the conclusion of proper interview.
