PRAYER : Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.3725 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.12663 of 2007.
Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the Second Respondent in Na.Ka.No.441/A2/03 dated 06.10.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to allow the enhanced monthly honorarium of Rs.400/- to the petitioner for the period of her work as Community Nutrition Helper at Santhi Nagar-1, Palayamkottai Block under the Tamil Nadu Integrated Nutrition Project (TINP) from 1-1-1996 to 2804-1999 and pay her the arrears.
