PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Board to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2019 and consequently direct the respondent Board to allot Residential Flats to the petitioner's members in “Central Government Prathana Manthiri Avesa Yosana Thittam” at Katpada part, Kathivakkam Salai, Chennai.

An order has been passed rejecting the representation of the petitioner, which was given on 23.12.2019. A copy of the order has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.In view of the rejection order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn,
with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated
06.02.2020. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous
petition is closed.
