Since, there is no representation on the side of the petitioners, it can now be inferred that the petitioners in both these writ petitions are not interested to prosecute these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, both these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
