Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1st Respondent herein to dispose of the appeal filed in Sr. No. 6500 of 2020, dated 27.08.2020 preferred under sec 114 of HR and CE Act, within time as fixed by this Court and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the respective parties and further direct the Respondents 2 to 4 not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner till the appeal is disposed of by the 1st Respondent.

The petitioner has filed a memo under cover of email dated 09.12.2020 stating as follows:

The Petitioner has filed the above stated writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1" Respondent herein to dispose of the appeal filed in St.No.6500 of 2020, dated 27.08.2020, prefcrred under Sec 114 of HR & CE Act, within time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Now since pursuant to the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court, the 1" Respondent had commenced the enquiry on the Petitioner's appeal on 03.12.2020, and the next date of hearing was fixed on 07.01.2021. Therefore the object of filing the writ Petition is achieved.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the Writ Petition any further and recording the aforesaid memo, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
